How do you send a bulk email to clients without creating individual cases and also exposing the client's email address to other recipients?
To send bulk emails without showing client email addresses, use an SMTP server and the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) feature. This keeps each recipient's email private. SMTP services like SMTPmart, Mailgun, SMTPget or Amazon SES help ensure your emails reach inboxes and offer easy tools for managing email campaigns.
Hi @Fintic_ Nancy and welcome to the community,
You have to provide a bit more context as to what kind of email you want to send to client about Confluence. In JIRA you could use a 3rd party app called JETI to do that. But since this is about Confluence, you have to provide a bit more info (e.g. you could possibly use this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217983/email-this-page?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter)

Hi Alex,
In CRM how would one send a bulk email to multiple recipients without exposing their email addresses to the other recipients?
Kind regards
Nancy
