How to refer or get the custom field value in the date time smart values

Example:

 {{now.plusBusinessDays(6)}}

Instead of the above statement I would like to get the integer value '6' from another custom field Like

{{now.plusBusinessDays(issue.DaysforDue)}}

Is this Possible?

Yes this is possible.  You may want to try using the customfield_xxxx of "Day for Due" instead.
