HI!
I have written a page in confluence 2 years ago. I used the link for it, but sometime ago It's stopped working. I can't see this page on my account, even through I haven't deleted it. I don't understand how to ask my question properly, but I really need this page back. Can someone please help me?
P.S. I can't contact support cause I'm using a free plan unfortunately.
This is the link for it.. Maybe it will help.

Hi @Katya Hubich

Welcome to the community.

The page you created, was this in the same free tier instance, or another one?

This as free tier instance will be removed after a certain period of inactivity.

"If a Free site is dormant for 3 months, we will suspend the site. If after 6 months, the site remains inactive, we will delete the site."

Otherwise to have a loophole to submit a support issue, temporary upgrade to the standard tier for free, raise your issue and set your instance back to free tier.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The error message given for the site you link to tells us that it does not exist, so it was either never created, or it has been shut down.  Either way, there is nothing we can do for you here in the Community - you need to talk to Atlassian about this.

There are a couple of things that might be a problem here.  Your site is not active because:

  • It lapsed - no one used it for over a year, and your admins did not respond to the "hey, your site looks unused, we'll shut it down if you don't tell us you want to use it" messages.
  • The site was shut down because it breached Atlassian's T&Cs.  I've only ever seen this happen when a site is either blatantly malicious (sending spam or hosting malware), or when it is owned by an organisation that supports the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

If it is neither of those, then let us know and the Community can ask Atlassian directly.
