How to recover hierarchy of lost confluence pages?

Milankumar Ardeshana September 1, 2018

By mistake a user deleted pages from our confluence space, parent and child pages! And now its mess in confluence space. I need help from your useful experience or knowledge about confluence.

From trash i can recover each individual page (Parent and Child) but I am looking for hierarchy to be recovered. Does anyone know any sql query i should hit and get back the hierarchy?

Really appreciate your help in this situation.

Hi,

when moving pages to trash, their ancestor/child relationship is deleted. So unfortunately you can only restore a backup to your dev/test environment and recover the hierarchy manually.

Best, Tobias
