How to prevent the creation of personal spaces automatically for new members?

Any time that we add a new member to Confluence a personal space for that member is automatically created. I don't want this to happen, but I don't know how to prevent it.

Thank you for raising this with us. I hope you're doing well. I've noticed there's a new onboarding process that will make personal spaces for new users. There's a current feature to provide the ability to disable that feature. I'll provide the link below.
