How to pass current user value to a dynamic macro

I'm working in a confluence dynamic macro for which I need to know who's the current user. Before it was possible to pass this information with user.id/user.key variables. These variables are now deprecated

Question: How my macro can know who's the current user in confluence?

For those interested this can be done with jwt
