How to open link in new tab in JIRA create screen.

Hi Team,

I am using JIRA cloud, I have created one massage custom field (For edit) and i have added in issue create and edit screen, default value i have wiki markup code to give one link to open, 

link working fine but when I click that link in create screen the same will be opned in same tab, can you help me on when I click on that link, the same should be open in new tab.

If you set the target attribute to "_blank", the link will open in a new browser window or a new tab

And also a simple way is Press Ctrl button and then click on the link, it will open in different tab.

thanks for your inputs, Yes, if I press the CTRL button the link will be open new tab, but I can't tell all users to press CTRL button to open new tab,

I need to set this to open new tab by default, I have added target atttibiute like below but its is not working for me, Can you help me with code.

For me it is opening in new tab when I click on your above link.

Yes, it is working fine for me also, but the same not working in JIRA.
