How to migrate confluence data from one instance to other instance

I need to migrate Confluence from one data center instance to another, ensuring seamless transfer of all space data, including comments, attachments, pages, permissions, and users. Are there any options available, such as using Confluence's import feature or leveraging plugins, that allow for comprehensive migration without limitations?

Thanks for your response. I see there is a limit upto 25MB for XML import . Any other option or plugin where we can export without a limit?
