How to make page render the full-width when using vertical Tabs

I'm using Tabs arranged vertically for my page and I cannot get the page to fill the full width - it seems truncated - please see snapshot below:

I am using Composition - Tabs macro to create the sub-tabs because the legacy Tabs Container and Tabs Page are not available in Cloud Confluence.

Please advise.
