I have a problem. I work for a company and login to Atlassian via my company's email address. FYI: My company uses Jira Server.
Last week a friend of mine, who knows I work with Jira, asked me if I could login and look at his Jira Cloud installation and help him out. So I logged in using my personal email address.
Now, any time I try to login to the this community, I'm asked if I want to login via my my non-work email. I'm not given any other choice but the one email and I can't get back to my work account. How do I switch login accounts?
Thanks,
Jim
You should log out from your personal account on Atlassian site (top right corner, typically) and log back in using the company id. That should be intuitive.
If that does not work, please post what you encounter in detail here.
Good Luck,
Kris
Thanks Kris. I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes.

OK - I never even knew there was a "log out" up there . . .duh.
Thanks.

So - I logged out and when I clicked "Login" it automatically took me back to this account.
