How to limit IP adresses ranges to only few adresses?

I need to test Confluence for my company and for that I need to integrate it with our Jira Software. The problem is that we have Oath Authentication, so in order to integrate Confluence and Jira I need to add ip adresses range to the white list. My question is how can I limit number of IP adresses that i have to add to white list to minimum. I found IP adresses ranges on the atlassian support sites but theres too many and i want to limit it to only a few if possible.

You will need to use the ranges given on the Atlassian support site, you do not have any choice. There are not too many of them for most methods of whitelisting
