How to know if I'm an admin (in order to create a user macros)

Hello everyone! I was hoping you could give me a hand.

【Background】 I have been trying to do a few things on Confluence and most times I end up with the answer that using user macros + JavaScript would be required to do so.

【Issue】 I have tried to follow the instructions here, but I cannot find the "gear" button they mention would lead me to the "General Configuration" page. Does this mean I'm not an admin? (screenshot) 

＊Note: My company has supposedly given me all the permissions they have, and I can  do things like creating templates or managing other people's permissions on the space.

Hi @Nimo 

From the screenshot it seems like you don't have system administrator access on your confluence site. You might have Administrator access on your space, under which you can create pages/templates and add other users to your space.
