Hi! :)
I have set the page order via the Reorder option. However, when I edit a certain page it gets moved to the top or the bottom of the page tree without me doing anything. Is there an option to lock the page order and prevent this from happening?
Hi @Jovana Moc Sounds like you have the page tree view activated for Last updated. You can open the filter option to check.
Hi @Laura Campbell _Seibert Group_ Thank you for your suggestion. I enabled the Tree option but it was still happening. Maybe it's a temporary bug, since we migrated to Cloud a few days ago.

Hi @Jovana Moc I could be wrong, but it sounds like a software issue. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and couldn't find any open issues related to this, but it's very possible that I missed something.
Are you the System Administrator for your site? I would suggest the Sys Admin open a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com ) and get their opinion. They're going to probably need specific steps to recreate the issue.
Hope that helps.

Hi @Dan Breyen Thank you for your answer. I will reach out to the Sys Admin to open a ticket if this keeps happening. We migrated to Confluence Cloud only a few days ago, so maybe it's just a temporary bug, cause there is apparently no obvious explanation why this is happening. @Laura Campbell _Seibert Group_ 's suggestion was the option that should have solved the issue, but something is still wrong.

Hi @Jovana Moc When we manually convert our Legacy Editor pages to the new Editor, the page order changes in the left sidebar incorrectly. In July, we reported it as CONFCLOUD-76154. It applies to migrations as well as manual conversions. Don't know if this is related to your issue.

Hi, @Nancy Cohn Unfortunately, I cannot see the any comments or documents explaining the solution. I don't seem to have access.
But yes, my problem is the same.
We have also opened a support ticket today. I am supposed to get in touch with the Atlassian staff tomorrow, hopefully, and try to resolve the issue.
