How to install confluence on amazon lightsail server

I followed the guidance of the following page to install  confluence on my server

and got stuck in the following step.

 4. Once installation is complete head to http://localhost:8090/ in your browser to begin the setup process.

Because I am using remote amazon lightsail instance with wordpress pre-installed,

I tried to replace the "localhost" part with both "lightsail instance public ip" and ""(<-my dns) but got neither works.

I was wondering is there any configuration I should do on lightsail server side.

Can anyone give me some help.
