Hi @MD: Niamul ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

In general the apps are installed in confluence from Market place. I did a quick search on the market place and does not look like this app is available for now. But i found how you can install it on any websites. You might want to check on the below links and try the same. 

• Setup and install tag manager.

I have not tested this and never tried as well. So, you might want to test and let us know if it worked. Happy installing :)
