Hi, looking for help setting up a Confluence table to have the status label as a drop down in each cell. I am not seeing where this can be configured. I see some templates have it available but not an option otherwise. Thanks in advance
Hello @Sara Angel
The native Confluence Status macro requires entering a new value in the edit mode each time you need to change it. Alternatively, you can use third-party macros to add statuses with dropdowns and update them without page edits. As you describe this behavior being present on some of your pages, I believe some of the third-party macros are used there.
Our Handy Macros for Confluence has the Handy Status macro. It allows you to insert a status from multiple customizable status sets and switch it in the page view mode. You can sync it to page labels to report and track the history of changes.

Hi @Sara Angel
That feature is built-in into the Confluence Databases. You can edit/add status labels directly from a Database cell.

Hi @Kristian Klima Thank you! I am looking for the status label. Not sure why it did not upload my original photo but it looks like this.
