How to import csv file to Confiforms that has checkbox fields?

Jane Smith

I'm trying to convert a Numbers file that uses Checkboxes into a Confiforms page so that individuals can self-add themselves to select agenda items. Due to company restrictions, we cannot allow shared documents to be edited via shared link, which would result in many "request to be invited to the file" emails to myself.

I have the Confiforms file set up, but because the field is checkbox, all the import responses default to "no" despite there being "yes" (checked boxes in the Numbers file). How do I override this?

I tried to first set all the fields to text and did the import, resulting in the correct "yes" and "no" selections, but when I reverted the fields to checkbox, it set all the selections to "no".

Hi @Jane Smith

Values supported by the checkbox field are true and false

These are expected as the values you import

Actually I ended up just figuring it out now... I set "yes" to "TRUE" and "no" to "FALSE" and looks like it worked.
