How to give ReadOnly access for all employees in Confluence all spaces

Harshad here and, I would like to request you to help me with granting ReadOnly access for all employees in Confluence all spaces;

Hi @harshad Rajendra Rajwade and welcome to the community,

The basic question is if "all employees" have a product license, meaning if they can use Confluence. If yes, then "gather" them in a group and add this group to all spaces permissions. Grant them the permission to view pages.

If your employees do not have product access, then you can use the anonymous functionality (use with caution) https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/

And when you do the above, then edit all spaces permissions and grant anonymous only to view pages. But this will mean that anyone on the internet can access your confluence site.
