Hi @Leejunghyun ,

Check if the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app is installed for your instance.

Then you'll be able to reuse your source table with the help of the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros as many times as you want.

The main advantage of this method is that you don't need to make changes to all of your tables manually (like when you simply copy them). You just edit your source table, and all the changes are reflected automatically in all the reused tables.

To show not the whole reused table but only one or several columns, wrap your Table Excerpt macro in the Table Filter macro and use the Hide columns feature:

I'm assuming you're talking about regular old Confluence tables.

If so, then you copy columns from one page to another using the same method as you would within a page.  The copy/paste buttons in the table toolbar will hold the value in your Confluence session, not just one page.  So they can be used across pages, as long as you copy before you open the page in Edit view to paste into, and even then sometimes paste will still work.

• Select the column you want to copy
• Click the copy column button in the table toolbar
• Go to the other page
• Click in the table where you want the column to go
• Click the paste column button in the table toolbar

Sure, why not? Step by step:

• Open the page with your source table in edit mode;
• Select the column you wish to copy;

• Copy the column (ctrl+c)
• Open the page you want to copy the data to
• Paste your content there

Pasting on the target page can lead to different results, as you can see from this sample:

The 2 scenarios are as follows:

The 1st table has the exact same amount of rows as the table I copied on the other page. Select the middle column before you paste. The result looks exactly the same as on the source page.

Table 2 has more columns that the source table. Again, select the middle column before you paste. Funnily enough by default your entire column gets filled with copied content. So it actually gets duplicated. You can avoid that by selecting the exact same number of cells you originally copied. If you don't do that, you'll have some cleaning up to do afterwards.

The last example is what you get when you paste the copied column just anywhere on the page, so not in an existing table. In that case, Confluence creates a table for you with just the one column you copied.

Hope this helps. Above all, just try and see what happens. The worst thing that can happen is that you have to undo your change ;-)
