hi all,
There are places where users have user mentions in Confluence ( Example - for more info, contact @Johndoe). These users are no longer employees and I want to edit those user mentions to the primary contact person.
Is there a way to get a list of all user mentions on a page/space?
thanks !

Is there still no way to aggregate a list of @ mentions across Confluence????
You can find your ID and search for it. Just inspect your mention using Chrome Dev Tools (or any other0
See the value for:
data-mention-id
And then paste that into the search in Confluence.

Hi, I'm sorry to reply on an old post, but I just found it. And wanted to mention that you don't need to go via Dev Tools now. You can just look for the person via the People menu and when you open the Person's profile page, his/her id can be found at the end of the URL

Hi there,
Right now there is a feature request for that:
An add-on may be able to help you with that. I saw one vendor mention that TaskONE might be able to do that.
Otherwise, you can try using Full Search, (CONFLUENCE-URL/dosearchsite.action) select Add a Filter in the bottom-left, and select mentioning user:
This may help you find the pages you need.
Could you try that and let me know how it works for you?
Regards,
Shannon

Hi shannon,
yes, that search would only bring up the page. for now, I guess we will use that to narrow down the pages. thank you !

Today in Confluence cloud none of the filters shown in the screen capture above are available under [CONFLUENCE-URL]/wiki/search
Are they available somewhere else?
