How to get System info from the command line?

I'm a systems administrator and we are running Confluence on RHEL and it would be great if I could get the output of the "System Info" page on the command line.

What specifically are you looking for?

Java VM Memory Stats, Jira uptime, if possible, the Memory Pool Info.

In that case I`d look into JMX monitoring.
