How to get System info from the command line?

I'm a systems administrator and we are running Confluence on RHEL and it would be great if I could get the output of the "System Info" page on the command line.

Java VM Memory Stats, Jira uptime, if possible, the Memory Pool Info.

In that case I`d look into JMX monitoring.
