I installed a this app on Confluence and did not like it. I believe I already uninstalled it in the application manager, but the app is still there and the "uninstall" button is not clickable anymore (greyed out)
I was using a trial of it, and it still has several weeks left. I've already clicked "managed subscription" and canceled it. It still shows in my applications.
The problem is that I can no longer link sharepoint links to confluence without this app getting in the way. I get a popup from this app asking me to login to sharepoint. I just want it gone so that I can insert links to sharepoint again.

If you end the subscription, should be able to uninstall the app. Perhaps,to raise a support ticket to remove it from the backend.
Sometimes I do encounter strange quirks similarly because of browser cache. Perhaps try incognito to see if the app is still showing prior to raising a ticket.
Hi @Mark Aiello ,
I am working for Communardo products and I would like to give you a tip about how to solve your current issue.
If there are any problems with the installation/uninstallation process, you should contact Atlassian directly. Our guess is that our app may still be used on a page somewhere and therefore uninstalling it is not possible. You should check this and remove all app macros first.
Best regards
Lorenzo
