I've recently installed "Timesheets" but it gave me some troubles with the task visualisation so I decided to not use it. But when I try to delete it or uninstall it I'm not able to do it.
Here is an screenshot so you can see that the uninstall button is not available (gray). When I click not it nothing happens.
I don't want to wait for the free trial expires, that's a month from now.
Can anybody help me with this ?
FYI: Atlassian sent me the following article and Feature Request.
Cheers,
Dominik
Yup, same problem here, I cannot uninstall confluence apps anymore

Hey @Jorge Acuña , welcome to the community.
Have you tried what is written in black and bold on your screenshot? Head over to https://admin.atlassian.com/ and navigate to the billing section for your site. From there, you can manage the subscription and end it. After that, you should be able to simply uninstall it from the "Manage apps" screen in Confluence. :)
Best, Max

Max, thanks for your help.
Yeah, I've tried what you said but ending the billing is not solving the problem because i still have 29 days of free trial.

The procedure that I have described to you results in the evaluation being canceled ( and the app being removed from Confluence. That is what you are trying to achieve, correct? :)

I am experiencing the same problem. I canceled the free trial subscription, then I hit the uninstall button. But the app is still showing up. When I go back to manage manage subscription, it says I still have 'x' days left to try the app until the free trial ends.
The app is causing issues for me and my team and I'd like it removed.
The uninstall button is now greyed out (as in I cannot click it)

@Max Foerster - K15t What you have described results in the evaluation being canceled, but does not result in the app being removed from Confluence (until the trial period ends). What I, and I believe the others here, want is to be able to remove the app from confluence BEFORE the trial period is over. This is not possible as the Uninstall button is greyed out even after cancelling the subscription. Is there a way to uninstall the app/remove it from confluence before the trial period ends?

I have to disagree. Unsubscribing through the admin portal or within the Manage Apps sections during the trial enables me to simply uninstall the app afterward. I would not have posted it otherwise. :) Can you hover over the greyed-out uninstall button and tell us what the tooltip says?

Same problem here. Basically every free trial app has 30 days to reactivate it, so it's impossible to uninstall before the end.

Same here - I hope somebody from Atlassian will take care of this.

I can confirm the same problem. I've canceled my subscription of an app but it won't let me uninstall the app. I'll send a ticket in and see if they have a tip.

Same problem, Atlassian fix it, please!

Same problem for me. Did anybody get an answer from Atlassian to this?

It seems like the only way to go at the moment is to open a support ticket. They are able to uninstall the app on demand. I still think this is not the proper way to handle this, but at least it works.

I am confirming that this is still the process today.
This is a very clumsy process. Why put extra work on the support team to manage uninstalling apps??
