Is there any way to find out how many page edits and newly created pages our Confluence site gets per month?
Is this something that can be done using an API get request?
We aren't in a position to install new 3rd party plugins so any help without purchasing any new tools would be really helpful.
Hi, @mybucket2018 - because you're on Premium, your site admin has access to the Analytics product included with Confluence (found under the Apps menu.) Depending on the permissions your admin set, you may also have access to this. Share this documentation with them if they don't know how to set analytics permissions.
From there, they can click on the Spaces tab and choose Export Excel:
This will give you a detailed spreadsheet (broken down by space, but you can use Excel formulas to total the columns) of creates, edits, and views.
That's good to know thank you. Will this give me the view stats of all the pages that have been restricted as well, or would those numbers not show if the Page Author has restricted the pages from me?
