How do I find out the default jira global admin and reset it? The person who created the account is no longer in the company and I cant find what is the email address associated with the admin account.
What is the right process? I tried to open a request but it says only the Admin can submit a request.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Have you already tried contacting the individual that set up the Atlassian Cloud Organization for your company? That is the first step you need to take.
If it is an email account that is managed by they company, they can reactivate the account (if it was disabled) and reset the password to enable you to login.
If the person used a personal account, your only recourse is to work with that person to have them add additional administrators/contacts to the organization.
