I work with Page Owner and Page Status, this function would be extreme helpful if the filter functionalities in Space Content Manager and Analytics would be using it.
In Content Management, I can see the Owner, but I cannot filter by the owner, the status is not visible in this area.
In Analytics, I neither have the owner nor the status within the pages area, which again makes the status or owner useless and in the Users section you cannot see which pages they have created or worked on.
I have seen some add-ons in the marketplace, but in my opinion, a report of space owners to hand out to the user to make an update and review occasionally should be part of the standard and not something you have to pay extra.
Or did I miss something somewhere?
Thanks for your help or update.
Hi @Dione Cannon ,
Confluence Page Status and Content Management, are incredibly useful for ensuring efficient organization and management of content within your workspace.
If you want to build upon Page Status capabilities, I suggest trying out our app - Handy Macros for Confluence. For your case, you can try our Handy Page Status to:
We have a blog post covering tips and tricks with Handy Page Status that you can check out.
You can try the Handy Macros for Confluence app on the Atlassian Marketplace for free to see if it works for you.
Have a good day!
Kind regards,
Dmitriy
In my opinion using the space owner's time to "nudge" page owners to review, confirm, update or archive their pages is wasting valuable resources on something that an automated mechanism could do better (and should do). The process should run continuously, silently and precisely in the background.
This is exactly why we created the Better Content Analytics and Archiving app. It automates periodic reviews and many other content lifecycle management use cases from status reports through custom notifications to auto-archiving.
Try it free for 30 days or more to see if it saves time and efforts for your space owners.
(The app is developed and supported by our team. It is free for 10 users!)

Hello @Dione Cannon
I agree with a previous answer that shifting the responsibility to the space admin about page ownership and handing out reports to users about their pages to review or update is probably not what you want.
A better option would be to either rely on Confluence automation or, for a more advanced setup, use dedicated apps to manage ownership and the content lifecycle.
For this purpose, you might check out Breeze, which is built to automatically identify pages to review and guide users through review and approval workflows. Besides this, it also provides extensive ownership features and data exports, which can be used for various purposes, e.g., identifying all pages without an owner or listing all pages of a particular owner, etc.
You can try Breeze for free in the Atlassian Marketplace and/or schedule a demo with me to see it in action.
All the best
Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)

Hey @Dione Cannon
It sounds like you've already received some helpful suggestions but if you were looking for an app extension we're currently in development for a new content management application which will serve your needs nicely. I've included a link below incase its of interest - i'd love to connect and find out more about your use case. If your interested there is a form submission on the landing page to allow us to connect :)
As Kristian pointed out above, Databases might also be appropriate for your needs :)
Many thanks,
Tom

Hi @Kristian Klima and thanks.
I am not sure what I did wrong, but "Database" does not exist on my version, or do I search in the wrong spot?

You probably don't have it enabled in the Confluence site settings.
It would be in Settings (the cog wheel in the top right corner) > Configuration > New Features.

You are actually my hero for today :-) it wasn't activated for all, not only for my space.
I had to activate it first to be shown in the space :-)
Will try it out now!
Thanks for your fast replies.
