Hi all,
I am currently using the version 7.19 and I do not find the option to edit a page using the HTML editor.
It was very useful when Confluence did not understand or retrieve correctly some attributes.
Has this option been deleted?
Best regards,
Richard
You can use the old Atlassian plugin Confluence Source Editor for Server version, but it also works for Data Center versions 7.11.1 through 8.5.
Very strange, we have Confluence v 7.19.14 but I don't have this option.
I know that we will upgrade very soon so I will check after.

What version of the plugin are you using? 2.0?
And check plugin permissions on /admin/sourceeditor/viewconfiguration.action is @Allow all -> Yes?

Confluence Source Editor is not available with the DC version of Confluence.
That's why I can't have it so far.

You can manually re-enable uploading of applications if you don't have the plugin installed https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-re-enable-plugin-upload-in-jira-data-center-1364557898.html
And enable Source Editor. It still works for DC, despite the plugin being for Server

I have the same question. I relied on that button to allow me to access the HTML and fix the formatting mistakes Confluence insisted on making. And now that button is gone.

Hello @Richard Coffre ,
Do you mean the 3-rd party plugin (like Inline Editor) or just editing Storage Format of the page in xHTML?
The behavior should be the same as in 5.X + versions.

No 3rd party plugin but the option to do this by clicking on "<>" on the top right of the page.
