How to delete user account immediately ?
I made my new account but I need to delete this account immediately.
Because I want to use same mail address (account) to change from old account.

It depends on if your account us a managed one or a unmanaged.

Be carefull when deleting an Atlassian account and read the article carefully as it als might delete subscriptions and content.
Managed user account
If you are working with the organization feature in Confluence Cloud and managed accounts you can delete users as a organization admin.

Thank you for your suggestion. Yes I already delete my account wit "Unmanaged user accounts (Atlassian ID). But system say that deleting my account has some "grace period", (I can cancel my delete during this period).
I delete my account and try to change my "current email" to "new email". "New email" is what I accidentally register to Atlassian. I delete my "new email" account but during "grace period" I could not change my "current email" to "new email".
Because "new email" is deleted but in grace period so I can not register.
Is there any way to delete "new email" during "grace period" ?

There is no way to skip this grace period by your own.
In this case I think it would be best to log into the account while during grace period, cancel the deletion, make the changes to email and then delete it again.
