How to define entry "names" used when referring to an entry in a Confluence Databases?

Deleted user February 29, 2024

When attempting to embed an entry from a database, the list of entries currently shows a tag field. Since many entries share the same tags, this makes it impossible to identify individual entries.

How do I get it to show me a different field to identify entries?

Why did it choose a tag field in the first place? Is this a bug?

Well, I managed to work around it by duplicating the field it was using as an identifier, then deleting the original field, then doing this again until it chose the field I wanted.

Not ideal, but...

Thanks for your explanation - I was stuck finding out how the database determined, which field to choose as the entry point. Your workaround did work in the end, but this is definitely something their team needs to iron out!
