How to create the Read Confirmation in Confluence cloud?

Hello,

Currently we are using confluence cloud platform, but i cannot find how to create the Read Confirmation in the new Confluence cloud.

Could you please give me some advice? many thanks!

Hi Jing, as was already mentioned above, there is no native functionality to read and confirm in Confluence.

You can use apps to perform this action.

For example, in Workflows for Confluence, you can configure an Approval Stage where you select a group of users to indicate whether they have read and understood the page content by clicking the approve or decline button. The Approval can be renamed to a more suitable name as well to fit the function.

Alternatively, we have another app, Approvals for Confluence that also has this approval feature. In addition, it also has section approvals where you can create multiples of in one page. I would recommend trying this if it suits your use case.

Search the Atlassian Marketplace to see if the app that you used on your non-cloud Confluence exists in the Cloud version. (If you go to your Server Confluence Manage apps section, you'll see the list of plug-ins...)

If there's no Cloud version of the same app, you can try a search for workflow apps or simply type in Read Confirmation and select Confluence and Cloud hosting,

回到本地部署的Confluence里，进入Manage apps看一下插件的名字是什么，Vendor是谁，如果是从MKT来的商用插件，那需要到插件市场来搜索下有无对于Cloud插件

如果是自研的插件，就要自己重新开发适配了噢。

这是个小菜单，光看名字，不一定能在一安装插件列表里识别出来。不过可以试试看吧。

我是没见过 Confluence 自带此功能。
