How to create meeting notes index page?

Shefali Lathwal September 11, 2017

In Confluence 1000.0.0-57e69bf, while creating meeting notes pages from the provided blueprint, a meeting notes index page is not being generated. Instead, each meeting notes page appears in the page list independently. In this case, how can an index page be created to organize the meeting notes?

Hi Shefali,

you can create a page and use the "Content report table" or the "Content by Label" macro and select the label "meeting-notes".

Hope this helps

You can create a new meeting notes index page in Confluence as follows:

  1. Create a new empty page in your space.
  2. Give it the Title "Meeting Notes"
  3. Add Macro Create from Template and choose "Meeting Notes" as a template
  4. Add Macro Open Tasks Report (Standard macro): use the task report macro and specify the current space as filter. Even better, first save the page and set the current pages as filter (so only tasks from all sub-pages are shown)
  5. Use the Content Report Macro and specify the current space and the label "meeting-notes" as filters.

This page is usually created with the first page created from the Meeting Notes template, but sometimes it gets deleted by accident or is not there for unknown reasons.

Hope this helps!
