How to create a public grid with Jira issues for users ?

I have a table with Jira issues created by "Release Notes" on Jira, but when i share with users without Confluence Account they can't see the the table. I alredy activated the "public link" permission, how can i solve that ?

Sure ! Yes, the data is stored in Jira, and i'm using a confluence component to show it.
