How to create Jira-Issues automated from a template in Confluence?

Tilmann Vogel December 1, 2017

Hello,

we have a template which has to be used for the creation of new UserStories in Confluence. This template is currently realised by a Blueprint for new "Product Requirements" in Confluence.

Our goal is to create automated Jira-Tasks when you enter new UserStory in Confluence.

Is that possible? Any suggestions?

Would be awesome:) Thank you in advance.

Hi Tilmann, we already implement this feature in a plugin.

Because the plugin have some limitation (actually, only Summary Field is mandatory), it's not already available on the marketplace.

Contact us at: http://support.nuumsolutions.com
Say its for the "Confluence Issue Creator" and ask to be refer to Pascal.
Also, explain what is your needs and how you plan to use it.

I will see if it could help you.

Hi Tillev,

With the Page Tree Creator app you can create a Confluence page and a Jira ticket at the same time.

May be that could be a solution for your problem.

I am really sorry. We wanted to implement this. But it is not done yet!

Regards,
Stephan (Page Tree Creator App Vendor)
