How to collect feedback from users in Confluence Cloud?

How can I collect feedback from users like it is implemented in Atlassian web documentation? I mean "Was this information useful? Yes/No"

We were facing a similar problem with getting feedback on content in our internal Confluence wiki. Our Apps team developed a small Forge application - Page Feedback for Confluence - to solve this use case. We've made it available on the Atlassian marketplace (currently in Beta).

Please be informed the options "Yes/No" you see are a part of the Jira design which is not yet available on Confluence.

However, their are Atlassian market place plugins to explore and select that closely matches your requirement.
