How to clear the "Message to show after a record been created"

After we submit the form and get the blue message box at top of screen, when we submit the form again, the previous message is still there. So far I cannot figure out a way to clear that blue one, the next time submit (registration button) is clicked.

Yes, but the point of this post was that the message from previous submittal should not still be visible once the form has been resubmitted.  It's confusing for the end user. Looking back at my original post, apparently I didn't mention that aspect.

We did find a way to clear the previous message when the Submit button is clicked.
