Is it somehow possible to change the colors in the color selector in the Confluence editor (We are using Confluence Cloud!)

Unfortunately you can't change the colors. These are fixed. Here's an issue for you to vote and watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67183
