How to change text colour in top banner?

Hi Folks,

 

I've changed the banner colour to a nice blue with white buttons via the Color Scheme in the settings, but I can't find a setting to change the font colour.

Is there a setting I'm missing or a place to add a stylesheet that would allow me to change the colour of the font in the top bar? Bonus points to change the "Switch To" logo in the top corner to white?

Looks like it changes to white if you make the banner background colour dark enough. That will have to do.
