I am a trial user and using Confluence for the first time. My page is all of German and I tried making changes in language settings but not able to get it. Here is how it looks.

I believe that the setting you were changing is for the Default Language of the site. However, there's a way to also change the language for individual users.

Can you take a look at that page and let me know if you're able to get it changed to English that way?
