How to change cell padding in confluence table without using any separate macro

Indradeep Hayaran March 27, 2019

Current table does not seem to have option for Cell padding and wastes lot of space around the cells. No CSS seems to work on the same. How to reduce the cell padding without using any other table macro because i cant access the general configuration.

Where are you modifying the CSS? You will need access to the space admin screens or the admin console.

Also, use the inspect function of your browser to understand the exact path you need to write the rules for.

I dont have confluence admin rights which means i cannot access the General configuration COGS menu.

So, Im using CSS.

The fonts written in the CSS seem to be working inside the table but not cellpadding.

How are you applying the CSS? Do you have space admin rights?

Indradeep Hayaran March 28, 2019

Yes, i do have space admin rights. Im simply using CSS macro available in Confluence and putting the code in it.
