How to auto populate data in confluence table column?

Hello Everyone,

I'm using Confluence for CAB meeting agenda.  The data table looks something like this:

Change #	Class	Status	Outage	CAB Result
0001	Normal	Scheduled For Approval	None	Approved Deferred Conditionally Approved
0002	Normal	Scheduled For Approval	None	Approved Deferred Conditionally Approved

For the very last column "CAB Result", I use the "task list" option to make check boxes for following:

[checkbox] Approved

[checkbox] Deferred

[checkbox] Conditionally Approved

Is there a macro or some method I can use to auto populate this for all data rows in the specific column only (over-writing whatever that was there), instead of having to manually copy and paste?

The workaround that I'm currently using is adding extra column to the right and pre-fill them with the task list.  After copy and paste I manually delete rows and columns as needed.  However, this solution is rather inelegant as the number of data rows being copied over varies each time.
