How to allow Confiform registration automatically starting by given date/time?

I have created a Confiform to collect user registration. I want to enable it automatically when time passes a certain point, say 14:00 Sep 10, 2022, GMT+8. It can be done in 2 ways and both are acceptable.

1. Users can not see the registration form until the time condition passes.
2. Users can fill out the form but receive an alert message after clicking on submit button.

I have tried several ways but no luck. May I ask how can this be implemented?

You can set up a validation rule

To control the current date/time to be after the given date

Or by hiding conditionally your Registrations Control macro... or having both methods implemented to protect the form from submissions through APIs or other FormViews
