I'd like to add more sections to the table of contents, and the template altogether. I'm using the HR Knowledge Base Management Template. Is this possible?

Welcome to the Community! Yes, you can edit templates by doing this:
To edit a page template for a space:
Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
Select Space settings from the sidebar.
Select Templates from the Look and feel card.
Find the template in the table and select Edit.

I am already using a template, I've added text to the existing fields. I would like to add more fields/sections.
