Hi there,
As this Community thread mentions our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to introduce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.
The macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence.
You’ll be able to use cells’ formulas, filters, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot tables and charts from the page view and edit mode.
The Table Spreadsheet macro is available for Cloud and Server/Data Center.
And also check out two additions to our spreadsheet family - Spreadsheet from Table and Table Spreadsheet Include macros.
The first one turns manually created and macro generated (Jira Issues, Page Properties Report) tables into fully functional Excel-like spreadsheet. The second one - helps to reuse parts of your sheets across your Confluence instance.
Hope you may find it useful.

I have added the 'table_filter' macro to include filters:

Hey @Dee Singh, it's nice of you to bring this up, but that is not a built-in feature of Confluence. So maybe you can let us know what app you're using for filters? Because there are multiple marketplace apps available that add a filter functionality to tables in Confluence
Best, Max

It seems to be our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app - the screenshot refers to our Table Filter macro and its new UI (starting with ver. 9.0.0 for Server/Data Center and release 02.08.2022 for Cloud).

That page doesn't tell you how to insert or where to find. :(

Please, see the documentation. The Table Filter and Charts app should be installed in your Confluence Instance in order to use this macro.

To filter tables in Confluence, you need additional apps. Please, specify which add-on you recommend.
For example, we suggest using our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence and its Table Filter macro (see the answers below).

Hi Amy,
Edit the page, click on the Table Filter macro, the panel with buttons should appear then, click "Unwrap" button.
