How to add a second column showing Additional Info

How do I create a page in Confluence that has a column referencing related links and pages on the right hand side without impacting the formatting of the information on the left hand side. See Confluence page linked as an example:

Hey there @Lauren Bertsch!

This is an interesting formatting option. We use it throughout our documentation, as you have noticed!

You can achieve a similar result by using Layouts. In Confluence, layouts allow us to have two different sections of the page side by side, much like what you need to achieve.

The closes to what you see in the referenced page is the two-column layout where the left column is wider:
