How to add a particpant to a retrospective after it has been created?

I would like to add participants to my retrospective but I am passed the creation step.  It doesn't allow me to add participants now.  I have not published it yet.

Hi @Tammy Fister,

I hope you are referring to confluence retrospective blueprint. I hope you have edit permissions. Click on the edit button to edit the page you have created. You should be able to add the participants just by '@' mentioning them. See the screenshot below.
