How to add a list of users to a restrictions?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Page Restrictions

 I need to add a long list of users to Restrictions. I've tried separating them by comma, semicolon, spaces , and nothing worked. Any solution for this? Adding one by one is very annoying and I don't have a permission to create a group

Hi Oleg,

no, I think, there is no way. Maybe you can ask your Administrator to create a group for you?
