How to add a Banner Image To Confluence Cloud

Is there a way to add a unique image as a page wide banner to a confluence page? if not is it possible to set either a catagory or space header image?

This plugin is worth a trial: Announcer for Confluence

For a space header you may configure it at Space Tools>Look and Feel> Sidebar, Header and Footer.

hi thats great however i am having dificulty with the scale my image is always oversized ref. the page when i place this in the header.

any help?

Add this to the Header and/or footer, make changes as desired

Well, that didn't work.  Here's the error:

com.atlassian.confluence.content.render.xhtml.migration.exceptions.UnknownMacroMigrationException: The macro 'markdown' is unknown.

Does using the header image come at a cost to the storage?

Hi Shrijal, 

If you upload your own image, then yes, As the picture is saved as an attachment to that specific page.
