We are global support team and we have a Support page for each application. We almost have 400 Application Support pages and each page has different sections and of of them is SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure ) section and all our Development teams keep adding SOP's and these SOP's are not getting reviewed by my team.

When my teams come to a situation to run those SOP's most of them dont work.

To avoid such issues, If anyone added any SOP to the section we want it to be reviewed and approved and publish the added/updated SOP's.

Can you pls suggest a solution this really help a lot in solved our big problem which we are facing since many years.

Thanks

@Sri Harsha Reddy Kusam Welcome to the Atlassian community

There are a couple of different ways to do this.

  1. You can buy an app that provides workflow and approval process to Confluence to ensure that the document does not get published without a review.  This is the easiest and will have the most features.
  2. You can create an internal process that everyone has to follow in order to make sure changes are not published to production without review.  I have seen this done where they have two spaces.  One that everyone can access to update pages but is not available to the customer.  The other space is available to the customer but only your team can edit it.  They then use Jira to do the process of change control and your team would publish it.  This has a lot of overhead and you need to weigh it against the cost of the app.
