Hi
I am administrator of my Confluence cloud product and I would like to install several apps (Lucidchart, draw.io and Prolaborate). As an admin I have to create an "app request" as well. Or is there a direct way to install the apps?
When I make the app request as admin, I cannot install it later. On the detail page of the app there is the state "app requested". But I do not see where to install it. How can I make this as an admin?
Thanks,
Tom
@Tomas Huber welcome to the community!
Only site administrators will be able to install an app.
If you are site admin then follow the steps mentioned in this documentation:
This is what I did. But I cannot install the apps requested, if I requested myself. I expect to have a button "install" or something, but this is not shown. There is a message "app requested" and no install button.

@Tomas Huber Looks like you are only Confluence Product admin not a site admin. If you really want to have the ability to install an app then ask your Organization administrator to add you as a site admin.

@Sayem I am org-admin. There is no group called site admin. this is maybe because we are still on the free plan?

Anybbody with an idea how to solve this? I am now on a paid plan and still I cannot accept the app requests. The role "site admin" does not seem to exist.

Hello Tomas,
If you switched to the standard plan you can now also create support requests directly with Atlassian, that way they could help you to solve this directly.
Good luck!
