It seems like I'm missing the Export function after navigating to Space tools > Content Tools from the bottom of the sidebar as outlined in this article :

Welcome to the Community ! Can you confirm you have admin permissions?
Usually non-admin team mates can Export to PDF a single topic from the Tools menu. Admins can export the entire space or multiple pages by going through the Space Admin menu to the Advanced tab.

Seems the admin has disabled this for everyone in the company.
Guess it has to do with confidentiality.

It seems that the Space Settings page has a new "look and feel". You now need to go to Space Settings > Manage Space > Export Space.
